In 1997, the River Valley and Southeastern fair circuits combined to form the
Southern Valley Colt Circuit. The eleven member fairs provide the finest
harness racing action in southeastern Ohio. Just a short day trip away and you
can be sitting in the grandstand taking in the county fair experience.
